A global background that helps you move with confidence

I was born and raised in Aberdeen, Scotland, studied accountancy, and then spent years living and working internationally, Spain, the Canary Islands, the Dominican Republic, Houston, and now Mexico. I lived in the Riviera Maya (Cancún and Playa del Carmen) for 12 years, where my two children were born.

That international life matters because it gives me a real understanding of what clients are navigating: timelines, banking and logistics, trust, language, and the emotional side of creating a home in a new place. If you’re moving to Mexico, full-time or part-time, I’ll help you feel grounded and confident every step of the way.

Real estate experience beyond the transaction

Before San Miguel, I built my real estate foundation through hands-on work in the market buying, remodeling, and reselling homes in Mexico and in Houston. That experience shaped how I advise clients today. I look at homes through two lenses at once:

• Lifestyle: how the home will feel day-to-day

• Value: how it will perform over time, and what to watch for

I’m also experienced in managing complex details before real estate, I owned a company organizing weddings, which taught me how to coordinate people, schedules, budgets, and expectations with calm precision. In real estate, those skills translate into a smoother escrow, fewer surprises, and an experience that feels genuinely supported.

I chose San Miguel de Allende as home four years ago, and I still feel grateful for it every day—the climate, the architecture, the food scene, the vineyards, and the outdoor lifestyle. It’s a city with soul, and I love helping clients find the neighborhood and home that truly matches their rhythm. Whether that’s walkable Centro, an artsy pocket like Guadalupe, or a view-oriented retreat in the hills.

Outside of work, I ride dressage and stable my horse Chipitín LS here in San Miguel. I also enjoy pilates, dancing, time with my children, and staying connected to the community I’m proud to call home.
